RSDS: Question and Answers With A Reader

September 29, 2010

I received this question from someone through YouTube:

1happyhollie (8 hours ago)
What is your supposed cure? Current medical opinion is that there is no cure, but a patient can sometimes go into periods of remission. If you have a way for those of us with crps/rsd to be cured, please share. It is a horrible disease to live with.

Here’s my response to her:

Well, I don’t know if I’ve found the cure, truthfully. I can only say that I have some of the most severe symptoms of RSDS and I am taking a vitamin and supplement regimen that is taking them away completely. The longer I’m on this and staying to a specific diet, the longer in-between doses I can go without having them come back. The supplements compliment the vitamins by giving my glands (hypothalamus, thyroid and adrenal) a break and a chance to heal. The healing is supported by the correct nutrient/vitamin regimen. It’s that simple and it’s saved my life because I felt like killing myself for quite some time as my symptoms intensified and became more frequent.
Honestly, I just may be one of the first, and could, for all I know be the first, to use Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) to help with this. And, since I’ve been studying online marketing at the same time I’m going through all this, I thought perhaps I should tell those who are suffering about my experience. That way if they want to try it to, they can see if it helps them the way it’s helping me. That’s all. The cost to find out if it works would be about $200-$300, based on my experience. But, after feeling like death would be the only way out, I tried this at my chiropractor’s recommendation and the first handful took all my RSDS pain away within an hour–100%!
I’m not making any money and I don’t have shares or stocks in Standard Process vitamins or affiliations that would lead to me making any money off of anyone trying this. I’m simply trying to help because of the miracles this has done to make it so I can work again, full time, and see hope for an RSDS pain free life.
The irony is that I am one of the only people whose injury just may never cure. Doctors usually/always say that if the injury that led to the RSDS isn’t healed then the RSDS cannot go into remission. My RSDS is definitely NOT in remission because the pain will return after a time (hours or a day or so, depending) if I don’t take the vits./supplmts. So, even with an ever-present catalyst that in itself leaves me with a 6-8 pain level in my lower back every day, I still manage to stop the burning skin and the nerve firings that are the RSDS pain “patches” all over my body. That, to me, is a testament to how the regimen manages to help my glands and therefore my parasympathetic.
Try it or don’t, but I would seriously consider it if I were you because I know that I wouldn’t have been alive (suicide) more than likely, had this not come into my life. And, I would’ve given ever single thing I own to anyone who could have done for me what this has. Doctors don’t know much and they just want to give pain medicine. What if this really will work? That’s a question I want everyone suffering like I have and do without this, to ask themselves. And, what would you have to lose?

Flu vaccine, really?

December 25, 2011

Do you even know what’s in the flu vaccine? Bet you have no idea, still you take it because others around you are taking it and there are expensive, prime-time commercials telling you to.

I’ve had the flu twice in my life and I’m 40. Usually, I just get a simple cold and it’s gone quickly. Now they’re saying no matter your age you should get it? There’s a history of experimenting on the population in Nazi German, and in the U.S.

Like the Patriot Act that says they’re taking your freedom to give you freedom, or taking drugs that help one thing, while retarding some other function/organ in your body, the flu vaccine is suspected to do more harm than good for some. What’s in it? I know that they use last year’s flu virus to make it, or so they say.  But those who know about viruses, know that they mutate extremely rapidly, so how could they know what the virus would be this year and be able to make the right vaccine for it anyway? It’s a stab partially in the dark anyway. And, I highly suspect there are experimental, possibly genetically altering ingredients too. Think I’ll take my chances with nature.

Don’t be fooled, get the truth about vaccines. Someone else is deciding its okay to tamper with your body. You shouldn’t trust others with that kind of power. You should know every ingredient, like you expect of food labels.

Genetic engineering could be going on. Anything could be in the vaccines. If you just go with the flow then you will be at others’ mercy.

I choose to take my chances with the common flu, thank you. At least then, for now anyway, I know it’s a bug that will likely be gone in a few days or so. I’ll take garlic and eat right to boost my immune system. It’s always worked. After all, how many people actually, really die from the flu? Give me a break!

Messing up…and it’s cost me (RSDS)

July 25, 2011

I’ve not been on the diet of using no sugar recently. Still better than most Americans, but having much more sugar via bread, for example and things like that, than I’m supposed to be.

Been feeling really down and depressed. Got back on my homeopathic remedy because I’d been off it for a stint. Being back helped, but then I wasn’t taking my NRT (Nutritional Response Testing) supplements and vitamins as much either. I was attempting to save some money. It was alright for a couple months, perhaps. Or, maybe I just hadn’t noticed the downhill slip I was on until it was quite bad. Now I’ve been constipated and feeling bloated, not exercising enough (in part, in all fairness, due to the fact that my back’s been hurting quite a bit and so have my knees) and feeling strange all over.

Talked to my NRT practitioner and he recommended getting back on the Ligaplex I I’ve been on (Standard Process makes it and it’s for strengthening ligaments. Really works great!) and taking more Fen-cho (which helps make me regular without a single cramp–gotta love that) and getting back on the Scolopendrium that helps with my Spleen. Together, they should help regulate my system again and make it so my Chiropractic adjustments begin to hold as they should, once more. I’m curious to see how this all works. My stomach feels so bloated and despite three days of taking a lot of Fen-cho, I’ve barely gone. I think it’s because I’ve been eating a lot of cheese and because I’ve ran out and hadn’t had any of it in almost two weeks–not to mention before that I knew I should be taking more, but hadn’t been, so the constipation’s been with me for a month now, I’d guess.

So, it all works together, or else it doesn’t! The body hasn’t to cleanse itself of the toxins, or they build up and cause headaches and stiffness and all kinds of things. Oh, and the RSDS/RSD/CRPS has been worse on top of all these symptoms too. Big surprise. I mean I’ve been asking a lot of my body to feel great despite not being well taken care of. Just wish I wasn’t spending so much money on all this, or had more of it.

I’ve been wearing high heels!

June 9, 2011

If you know pain (from anything, including RSDS/CRPS, like I think I have) that makes you suicidal, then you know that wearing high heels is a big deal, especially if you’ve had back pain.

So, I’m excited. I’ve felt a lot better for a couple weeks, especially, now. I’ve worn high heels about four times during the past two weeks.

I know it’s because of the chiropractic visits, the NRT (vitamins made by Standard Process and other natural supplements), my homeopathic constitutional remedy and NRC.

God works through the healers he/she brings into our lives. We just have to have an open enough mind to hear it and the heart to take a leap of faith!

RSDS–specific treatment regimen

May 2, 2011

For the burning skin:

Take 2-5  (depends upon your body’s needs) Calcium lactate pills (preferably Standard Process, which one can get from most chiropractors [especially if they’re certified “activator” chiropractors]) to every one Organically Bound Mineral tablet (also Standard Process). If you’re a woman, you’ll need 2-5x this much during your period. If you take 12 calcium lactate and three OBM together, the burning should go away. If it doesn’t, take more and increase it at the same ratio. It’s about taking enough and getting the right mix of the two together. Must be taken together. No food is necessary (doesn’t hurt either though) if you take Standard Process because it’s made from food and therefore whole/complete.

For burning that feels like under the surface painful tingling: Take 4-8 (once again, depends upon your body’s needs) “Systemic Formula” “Bio Function” Ga Adrenal dietary supplement for every one or two Hypothalmex (Standard Process only, as far as I know). Makes it go away in about 30 mins. to one hour–all of it for me. If you need more because it just dissipates, take it, but again, keep to the ratio on this one.

I hesitate to give specifics like this because everyone is different. And even if this doesn’t work the miracle it has for me, perhaps you’ll see some change and go get your own regimen made up by your local NRT (Nutritional Response Testing) practitioner. I’ve had to tweak what I did for a year and a half, slowly getting to this place where the regimen has stabilized. But, I got the right dosage from the first dosage and it’s always (every single time) taken the pain away for both these acutely painful symptoms.

Try it, or better yet, go get your own diagnosis and treatment regimen! Let me know if it takes away your RSDS/CRPS too, will ya? Hope it works for you like it has for me.

When’s the last time your doctor….

April 20, 2011

When’s the last time your doctor prescribed a medicine with absolutely no side effects?

When’s the last time your doctor said, here take this, it will NOT heal what you have because we don’t have–correction, there isn’t– a cure for this, but it’ll make you feel better?

When’s the last time your doctor looked at you and said we know what you have, we know how to fix it and we’re gonna do just that–and it doesn’t involve losing a limb or appendage, damaging vital organs, interfere with sleeping, sexual abilities, mood, driving, thinking processes?

The last time someone was given something that worked naturally to cure them of an infection, heart problem, brain/nervous system issues, joint and ligament injuries, etc., was when someone met with their local, licensed homeopathic practitioner and/or went to see a practitioner licensed in Nutritional Response Testing. There are probably many other things one can do naturally to heal themselves, that’s one thing I’ve learned. But these things definitely have worked for me.

Europe and the ENTIRE world already know this. These money making drug companies and the drug-pimpin’ doctors in America don’t want you to know this because it’s incredibly affordable, actually heals you and will likely heal things you have wrong but don’t yet know it. That’s what homeopathy, as one of the choices we’re discussing here today, does. It’s the first things pharmacies and doctors in Europe consider, NOT drugs.

Their cars get like 45-50 miles to the gallon and almost every country in Europe has socialized medicine. How do they do it? With homeopathic medicine. Pretty simple. I wish I could get more Americans to truly understand this.

Healing begins with the way you eat, how you think, how you move your body and the energy that moves through your body. It’s called electricity by some, chi by others. In the end, it’s the essence of life. Homeopathy works to heal your energy channels and open them so your body can fix itself. So simple. So amazing.

Homeopathy is also amazing for healing depression at the deepest subconscious level. I’ve been suicidal for years and years due to the pain and neurological symptoms I’ve been dealing with all alone as a single woman. When I take my ONE constitutional remedy, it changes my mood within one dose. I don’t feel any different, but that suddenly I don’t feel that sad anymore.

The list of what homeopathy has done for me daily and for billions of others, is endless.

Go find a licensed practitioner that obviously has a solid, strong clientele. It’s the best kept secret in American healthcare that Blue Cross and AstraZeneca don’t want you to know about!

I wish the suffering and even suicidal veterans were told about this. How many lives would be better, if not saved?

Tired of having and dealing with RSDS?

March 20, 2011

Then stop whining and joining groups to whine some more and listening to everyone tell you how there’s no cure and you just have to kill yourself or pump yourself full of drugs.

I’m not in pain from RSDS at all because I knew that Western medicine was full of crap and that my body could heal itself of this as it is from everything else. All it needs are the right things.

I’m using Nutritional Response Testing to get rid of 100% of my symptoms and I’m eating a low-to-no sugar (nope, I’m not perfect at it by any means) diet, using my Homeopathic Constitutional Remedy (a remedy that is just one liquid that cures energetically down to the cellular level, all the traumas that you have experienced. Yep, it actually does. Heals emotional stuff and physical stuff unlike anything else, but I think acute symptoms like those I have from RSDS/CRPS also need immediate attention–hence why I’m using this, but also NRT and other treatments.), chiropractic treatment and most recently Neurological Research Centers.

I am happy, feel really good most of the time and never have RSDS symptoms unless I stop taking my NRT (Standard Process) vitamins and other natural, made-from-food supplements. And, as I’ve said in other posts, I’m having to take these less frequently.

Most people haven’t been through as much trauma as I have, so most people would probably find that they don’t need to do as much as I am and may need it for a shorter period of time.

I don’t want to ramble on, but as a child I was raped for months, then I was in more than a dozen car accidents and I am alone. Despite all this, I went to college, went on to complete a graduate-level certificate and a professional marketing certificate from the University of California. I work for the government full-time, have a beautiful car, my own place and a loving little kitty cat.

I firmly believe that there are way too many people in the U.S., especially, who get caught up in believing what doctors tell them about their health. They’re drug pushers and when do they heal anything anyway? If they give you Penicillin it heals your infection, but then it makes you vulnerable to other illnesses. Did you know that Homeopathic medicines work better on infections that Penicillin? Yep, so don’t believe the hype. That’s all it is. Give me your money and I’ll give you a remedy that will fool your body into thinking it’s better, while giving you some other problem that same doctor can now charge you more to put a Band-aid on.

I’m not bitter, but I am tired of the “whoa-always-me” pity parties sick people have and the arrogance of Western medicine doctors who haven’t cured much of anything since God knows when. They’re still giving women the same chemo and radiation treatments they did 30 years ago after decades of “research.” What a scam. Walk for a Cure my ass! What a scam that is. Who’s making money on actually making you well and whole again? Homeopaths, chiropractors, Natur0paths, that’s who!

Cheers to those who understand what I’m saying and screw those who don’t as much as they’re screwin’ themselves by being stubborn and closed minded and living the lie they’re fed. You deserve what you get if you can’t see through it and take charge of your life and your health the way God intended you to. You are only a victim as long as you let yourself be one. Get real and then live. If it doesn’t work with nature, it ain’t gonna work!

Neurologic Relief Centers–WOW!

January 22, 2011

Okay, I’ve been getting a new type of therapy that very few (about 250) Chiropractors in the U.S. (possibly world, actually) are using to treat things, including RSD and ligament damage. It’s call NRC (not to be confused with NRT, which is Nutritional Response Testing) that I’m also using.

After seven years of agonizing pain due to more than a dozen car accidents, and ligaments that were not holding my lower back together– I am being healed of the ligament damage.

So, now on top of alleviating my RSD symptoms completely, using NRT, I’m healing my lower back too. I have been using use packs and biofreeze all day, every day for seven plus years. About five weeks ago I began getting NRC treatments through my chiropractor. Now, I can sit for hours without a tremendous amount of pain and only use biofreeze about two times per day. And, that’s after only a little more than a month.

I am so excited because now I’m thinking about things like real exercise again. I’m thinking not just about surviving and living without much pain, but about thriving and maybe even letting myself think about the possibilites of having a baby. Maybe I’ll be able to travel more, or go for a drive across the country. What about whitewater rafting down the Grand Canyon– one of my life’s dreams?

Wow, if you want relief you’ve just got to try this. It seems strange and impossible that something like touching the back of one’s neck in just the right way, could open up so much healing!

For more information visit: http://www.ackermanchiropractic.com/nrct.htm.

Disclaimer: I’m not making ONE single penny off of promoting anything with my blog. I just want to help others by being a resource. God has brought me so much healing when doctors have said it was impossible. Miracles abound! Let me help you.

Oh, and if you’re wondering how NRC is helping my RSD, well, to be honest, I’m not sure. I am only sure about how it’s healing my ligaments after seven straight years of floating hips and agony.

RSDS: Feeling great.

November 16, 2010

Funny, I’m feeling so great these days. It’s been such a long time since I’ve had the pain patches and my hair is all growing back! Plus the burning skin– what burning skin? Haven’t had more than a touch or two here and there of the symptoms despite having just moved and started a new job in a new state– by myself.

I owe all this to NRT and to my chiropractic care and, of course, the homeopathic, constitutional remedy, I’m taking. My doctor said the RSD should be gone in less than a year. I believe him. And, since I’m healing the glands that create the symptoms, he said he’s NOT talking about remission, but actually about curing me. So far I have absolutely every reason to believe him and no reason not to!

Yippie.

If you want to heal yourself from RSDS, or RSD, or CRPS, then I suggest you find a certified NRT practitioner (ACT certified) and for it. Or, you could just sit there, decide I couldn’t be right and continue suffering because you can’t possibly believe that doctors could be without a clue, or just plain liars. I’ve chosen to get my life back; you’ll have to make up your own mind.
